Wow!! What an awesome deal very easy to work with. We did our whole deal on line thru text and e mail. We were out of town and after the deal was set, they drove 3 hours one way to deliver the car and take out trade. This place will get all my business in future. We did 3 deals before this one, the 3 previous deals from other places were ridiculous over priced and rate was extreme. I recommend this dealer 129 percent.

I purchased a 2025 Ford Mustang GT this year, and it should have been a great experience owning the muscle car I have always wanted. While the car looks great, the overall ownership experience has been disappointing. Within the first 10000 miles, the vehicle has been in the shop three times for the same issue, a camshaft bank 2 failure. Salesperson was great. The finance manager wasn't the most personable. There is always a push to purchase upgrades and when you say no they ask why. I wish people would accept the no and move on without question.

Ian Knight was over the top helpful. Other employees that came over to talk with me were friendly and interesting. Most interesting conversation was with the finance person (forgot his name) and I learned a lot from him. So easy to deal with this firm -- no BS that you get at most dealerships when shopping for a vehicle.
During our experience buying a 2026 Hybrid Maverick everyone we worked with at Mullinax Ford was helpful, respectful and had a comprehensive understanding of their product. I would acknowledge one specific person for accolades but from Ian and Dan in Sales to Bobby, Dan and Jeff in the business office we received exactly the treatment we expected. If you're in the market for a new or used car, I would highly recommend Mullinax Ford in West Olimpia, WA. Up until yesterday I have never dealt with a dealership or sales staff that I could say anything good about. Even the finance manager was wonderful.
